South West Screen is unable to handle individual requests for careers advice. You can, however, contact our partner organisation, Skillset - the Sector Skills Council for the media industry. Skillset's career advice service can be accessed here.

South West Screen is also a partner in The Creative Enterprise Gateway along with Business West and Culture South West. This free service provides information, signposting and advice to creative businesses, freelancers and social enterprises operating within both the media and non-media creative industries across South West England.

Accessed via a dedicated phone line - 0845 077 0728 - the service deals with business related queries and first stage information requests, signposting to sector-specific service providers as appropriate.
